Decision

The
Director of Children, Families and Education has agreed to
authorise:
 
1.   The
award of a contract to deliver the services summarised at paragraph
3.8 of the report for a term of 12 months in accordance with a
waiver of the requirement to seek tenders pursuant to paragraph
12.4.1 of the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules as referred
to in paragraph 3.7 and 5.3 of the report; and
 
2.  The undertaking of a
tendering process to select, and award, a contractor to
renovate 3 Lyndhurst Road, Wallasey, CH45 6XA
upon its acquisition by the Council.
