The
award of a contract for a 21-month term with effect from 30 June
2023 with 2 x one-year options to extend to Health Assured Ltd for
an Employee Assistance Programme services to the Council including
Merseyside Pension Fund and Wirral schools be approved by the
Director of Resources.
