Purpose

This report seeks approval of an
extension to the Strategic Transport contract with Mott MacDonald
to run for a period of a further 12 months to 7 July
2024.  This in line with the
option available within the contract which was originally a
2 year contract which commenced on 8
July 2019 with an option for an annual extension for a further 3
years subject to satisfactory performance.
