Purpose

A procurement process
has been undertaken in accordance with the Council’s contract
procedure rules and public procurement regulations John Sisk &
Sons is the preferred tenderer.

Decision

The Director of
Regeneration and Place is recommended to approve the appointment of
John Sisk & Sons Limited to a 
Pre-Construction Services Agreement with as the Most Economically
Advantageous Tenderer pursuant to a mini competition carried out
under the Procure Partnerships Framework – Infrastructure Lot
£15m+ to the value of £774,837.26.
