Decision

The Director of Regeneration and Place has
decided to award a contract to Bloom Procurement Services Limited
under the NEPRO3 Agreement – T4 Service Specification for a
contract term of 2 years at a contract value of £128,000 to
scrutinise and verify monitoring reports provided by Development
Manager for the Hind Street project to ensure probity with respect
to the carrying out of the role of Development Manager for the
Council and as the Developer under a Master Development Agreement
for the Hind Street Primary Enabling Works project. The services
will be provided pursuant to a sub-contracting arrangement with
33Plus Ltd via an associated collateral warranty with the
Council
