The Director of Public Health has approved the
direct award pursuant to Process C under the Health Care Services
(Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 of a contract with a
12-month term with an option for a further 12-month term to Phoenix
House for residential rehabilitation services commencing on 1 April
2025 with an annual value of £195,000.
