Decision

The Director of Children Family and Education
Services approves the award of the short breaks contract to
Crossroads (Tu Vida) for an initial 2-year term commencing on 1st
May 2025 with the option of two one year extensions within the
approved budget of £120,000 per year, and as the highest
scoring tenderer in accordance with the Most Economically
Advantageous Tender criteria, to deliver high quality short breaks
to children and young people with special educational needs and
disabilities age 0-25, and their families, in Wirral.
