Decision

The
Director of Regeneration and Place has approved the sale of the
site of the former Eastham Youth and Community Centre, Lyndale
Avenue, Eastham to Casey Land Services Limited for the sale price
as referenced in paragraph 3.3 of the accompanying
report.
 

Reasons for the decision

On 12 July 2023 Policy
and Resources Committee resolved (amongst other matters) that the
site of the former Eastham Youth and Community Centre, Eastham be
declared surplus to requirements and the Director of Regeneration
and Place, in consultation with the Director of Law and Governance,
be authorised to progress and conclude a sale of the asset on the
best terms reasonably possible.
