The Director of Adults, Health and Strategic Commissioning be authorised to commence a formal process of consultation with staff who are at risk of redundancy in relation to the possible cessation of the AbleMe Service with effect from the 31 March 2026 and report back to the committee in January 2026 for the committee to make a final decision.
