This report recommends acceptance of a tender
for Footway Slurry and Micro Hand Patching. Recommendations will be

The Director of Neighbourhood Services has agreed to:

1. endorse the competitive tendering exercise that is outlined in
paragraph 3 of this report; and

2. award the contract

Decision

The Director of Neighbourhood Services has
approved the award of the contract for A1.2 Footway Slurry Sealing
and Carriageway Micro Hand Applied Patching to JPCS Ltd, company
number 02776886, as the most advantageous tenderer, for an
estimated contract value of £2,400,000 for a term of 3
years.
