Decision

Resolved: That the
Environment, Climate Emergency and Transport Committee approves the
extension of the Term Service Contract – Intelligent
Transport Systems, Maintenance and Supply with Yunex Traffic
Limited for the on-going maintenance of the Council’s traffic
signal and associated equipment for a period of 2 years, commencing
on 1st April 2026 and expiring on 31 March 2028, with a contract
value of the extended term in the sum of £4,800,000.
