Purpose

Approval of the Birkenhead Waterfront and
Surrounds Scheme into construction phase for delivery.

Decision

RESOLVED: That the Environment, Climate Emergency and Transport
Committee approves the updated proposals for Birkenhead
Waterfront and Surrounds project, as set out in Appendix 1
of the report, and the implementation of the scheme,
subject to final tender submission and contract award being
within allocated budgetary provision.
