Report to seek approval to make changes to the Council's Housing Financial Assistance Policy relating to Disabled Facilities Grants and Assistance relating to essential home repairs.

Resolved – That the revised Private Sector Housing and Regeneration Assistance Policy, as set out in Appendix 1 to the report, be approved.
