Purpose

To consider a recommendation from Resource and
Finance Scrutiny Committee following scrutiny of the Treasury
Management Mid-Year Review 2024-25 at its meeting on 5 November
2024.

Content

The Executive RESOLVED

That a limit on the Council’s main account
with Lloyds is introduced at £10 million with immediate
effect.  The existing limits on the
Council’s Money Market Funds will be reviewed as part of the
Treasury Management and Investment Strategies to accompany the
2025/26 budget.

Reason:   To
consider the recommendation from Resource and Finance Scrutiny
Committee following scrutiny of the Treasury Management Mid-Year
Review 2024-25 at its meeting on 5 November 2024.
