Purpose

To receive the draft Housing Revenue Account
estimates 2025-26 for the purposes of finalising proposals for
service.

Content

The Executive RESOLVED

That  (i)    progress
in preparing the draft Housing Revenue Account budgets for 2025/26
be noted; and

         
(ii)   Managers, Corporate
Leadership Team and Portfolio Holders continue detailed budget
preparation for consideration by the Executive in February
2025.

Reason:  
Consideration of these proposals will enable the preparation of the
Council’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA) budgets for 2025/26
to proceed.
