Purpose

To update the Executive on legal matters
relating to the land disposal.

Content

RESOLVED

That  (i)    the advice included within the Exempt
Appendix 1 be carefully considered and noted; and

         
(ii)   it be confirmed that the
sites should be sold freehold to the successful selected bidder as
previously approved by the Executive on the 14 November 2024 in the
light of the advice included within the Exempt Appendix 1.

Reason:   There are various matters
which the Executive as decision makers prior to completion of the
transaction need to be aware of. These are set out in the Exempt
Appendix 1 under Part II of the Agenda.
