Purpose

To agree to submit the full plan for Local
Government Reorganisation in Surrey to the Government for the 9th
May 2025 deadline.

Content

RESOLVED

That  (i)    the Final Plan options for Local
Government Reorganisation in Surrey, included at Appendix 1 to the
report, be noted;

         
(ii)   any comments by Council on
the Final Plan be reported to the meeting of the Executive on 8 May
2025; and

         
(iii)  the Executive on 8 May 2025 be
recommended to support a three unitary authority model with three
Councillors representing each of the divisions.
