Purpose

To note and approve the submission of the
Tenant Satisfaction Measures 2024-25 to the
Regulator of Social Housing, including the
statement of approach on consultation and publication of
results.

Content

The Executive
Resolved

That  (i)   
the Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) Results
for 2024/25 for Woking Borough Council be reviewed and approved for
submission to the Regulator of Social Housing; and

         
(ii)   the ‘Tenant Perception
Survey: Summary of Approach’ (attached at Appendix 1 to the
report) and ‘Tenant Satisfaction Measures: Publication
Approach’ (attached at Appendix 2 to the report) be reviewed
and approved for submission to the Regulator of Social
Housing.

Reason: To inform the
Executive of the outcome and seek authority to submit the Tenant
Satisfaction Measure results (TSMs), including the Tenant
Perception Survey, for Woking Borough Council to the Regulator of
Social Housing as required by the Regulatory Standards.
