Resolved

That (i)    the Terms of Reference
and timetable be approved as set out in Appendix 1 for the
Community Governance Review to be conducted in accordance with the
provision of Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act
2007;

         (ii)
  any comments on the draft Consultation
document (included at Appendix 2), draft Frequently Asked Questions
(included at Appendix 3) and the draft list of CGR consultees
(included at Appendix 4) be noted; and

         (iii)
authority be delegated to the Director of Legal and Democratic
Services to make any minor amendments to all of the documents
included at Appendices 1-4 as may be required prior to the start of
the consultation.
