Content

To issue the homeowner of 80 Oyster Lane,
Byfleet, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 7HR with a Section 60 Notice to
formally restrict the hours of work for noise audible at the site
boundary to between the permitted times specified in the
Notice.

Reasons for the decision

To formally restrict the times permitted for
works audible at the site boundary following substantiated
complaints.

Times permitted for 'construction' noise will be restricted
to:
• 0800hrs-1800hrs Mondays to Fridays
• 0800hrs -1300hrs on Saturdays
• No noisy works (audible at the site boundary) permitted on
Sundays, public holidays or Bank holidays
