To issue SCC with consent to carry out noisy
out of hours works between 20.00hrs - 06.00hrs from Friday 23 Jan -
Monday 26 Jan 2026.

Reasons for the decision

To allow surfacing works to take place on the
highways at a time that minimises disruption to commuter traffic.
Issued on the understanding that the noisiest works will be
completed prior to 23.00hrs and residents will receive works
communication prior to the start date.
