Recommendations (i) to (v) of the
main report.

Resolved

That (i)   the Terms of Reference of the Community
Governance Review be varied so that consideration of final
recommendations for the Pyrford
Community Governance Review could take place at the Council meeting
on 12 March 2026 rather than 16 April 2026.

       
(ii)  the responses from the Stage 1 and
Stage 2 consultation processes included at Appendices 1 and 2 be
carefully considered.

        (iii)  the final recommendations for the Pyrford Community Governance Review as set out in
Appendix 3 be approved.

        (iv) the draft
Reorganisation Order for Pyrford (which
will come into force on 1 April 2027) as set out in Appendix 4 be
approved.

       
(v)  authority be
delegated to the Strategic Director Governance, Corporate Services
and Monitoring Officer in consultation with the Community
Governance Review Working Group to (i)
consider any further representations received following publication
of the final recommendations, (ii) make any minor amendments to all
of the documents as may be required prior to the making of the
Reorganisation of Community Governance Order, and (iii) make the
approved Reorganisation Order (subject to any minor
amendments).

Resolved

That (i)   the legal advice received and included in
Appendix 1 be noted; and

       
(ii)  the finance implications for the
proposals be noted.
