Purpose

To receive the annual report on Risk Management and Business Continuity.

Decision

The Executive Resolved

That  (i)    the Risk Management and Business Continuity Annual Report, and the progress made over 2025/26 in embedding effective risk management and business continuity arrangements, be noted; and

          (ii)   the continued review and improvement of the arrangements in line with agreed governance and monitoring processes be endorsed.

Reason: Continuous development of risk management and business continuity is essential to ensure the Council can manage its risks effectively, maintain critical services during disruptions, and support informed decision-making and resilience in delivering Council objectives.
