Purpose

To approve the 2025-26 submission of Tenant Satisfaction Measures to the Regulator of Social Housing.

Decision

The Executive Resolved

That  (i)    the Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) Results for 2025/26 for Woking Borough Council be reviewed and approved for submission to the Regulator of Social Housing; and

          (ii)   the Strategic Director – People and Communities be authorised to finalise the submission following any further data validation.

Reason: To inform the Executive of the outcome and seek authority to submit the Tenant Satisfaction Measure results (TSMs), including the Tenant Perception Survey, for Woking Borough Council to the Regulator of Social Housing as required by the Regulatory Standards.
