Purpose
To determine an NCIL application for funding over £10,000 to ensure that an existing community play facility remains fit for purpose.

That £25,357 from the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) fund for Horsell Ward be awarded to cover the costs of delivering the playground renovation at Queen Elizabeth Gardens.
Reason: The proposal complies with the NCIL requirements and regulations, and enables the use of developer contributions collected by the Council to contribute to the provision and improvement of community infrastructure within the Borough.
