Decision

The Executive Resolved

That  (i)    following a competitive open market disposal process, the freehold site be sold to the recommended bidder;

          (ii)   authority be delegated to the Strategic Director – Finance and Resources, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, to complete the sale; and

          (iii)  the commercially sensitive information in support of the recommendation to dispose of the freehold site set out in the Part II report, be noted.

Reason: To realise the capital value as part of the current managed site disposal process.
