To issue 2ACM Paving Ltd with consent to carry
out noisy construction works out of hours at St Johns Road on
Monday 17th June 2024 between 1800hrs - 2200hrs.

Reasons for the decision

To clear a blockage within the existing
ducting following a few failed attempts to carry out the works in
the day, due to obstruction from traffic and parked cars in the
vicinity.
