The purpose of this report is to seek the
Executive’s approval to allow lease extensions for
council-owned shared ownership houses.

RESOLVED
the Executive approved the following two key
actions:
 

1)   
To allow lease extensions for council-owned shared
ownership houses, ensuring consistency and alignment with
forthcoming legislative changes; and
 

2)   
To delegate authority to the Director, Place and
Growth to manage the lease extension process, implementing a
structured and transparent approach.
