Purpose

To approve the preferred operator of the new
Matthewsgreen Community Centre, Wokingham

Content

RESOLVED
that the Executive;
 

1)   
noted the application and selection process that has
been undertaken to identify the recommended operator of the
Matthewsgreen Community
Centre;
 

2)   
approved in principal
that Reading Repertory Theatre should be the operator of the
Matthewsgreen Community
Centre;
 

3)   
delegated to the Director of Resources and Assets,
in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to complete the
lease of the Matthewsgreen Community
Centre to Reading Repertory Theatre,
