To adopt a Playing Pitches
Strategy for Wokingham.

Content

RESOLVED
that the Executive;
 

1.   
noted the identified need for outdoor sports
facilities within the Playing Pitch Strategy – Assessment
Report,

2.   
approved the Playing Pitch Strategy – Action
Plan as the basis for further work on the provision outdoor sports
facilities within the borough and

3.   
noted that the Playing Pitch Strategy will
contribute to wider Strategic Aims of the Council including those
set out in the 2021-2025 Wokingham Borough Leisure Strategy and the
Marmot principles of healthy lifestyles, public health agenda,
quality of life and overall wellbeing.
