Purpose

For the Exeutive Member for Finance to agree
the formal response to the consultation and to urge DHCLG to ensure
that future funding arrangements allocate funds fairly based on the
overall need and demand and not purely based on deprivation, that
funding is adequate to maintain key services across the Borough and
to meet current significant funding gaps.
