RESOLVED
that the Shareholder Committee noted Loddon and
Berry Brook Boards decision in principle to agree a 2.7% rent
increase across social and affordable homes tenures and 3.2% for
shared ownership tenures and both company’s budget setting
assumptions for 2025/26.
