that the Shareholder Committee;
 
i)              
noted the financial position as at end of January
for the 2024/2025 financial year and

 
ii)             
noted the works on the historical loans, impairments
and outstanding repairs charges that will be clarified and detailed
in the Q4/year-end financial report.
