Purpose

A draft development strategy
detailing how the Local Housing Companies, (LHC) can create their
own pathway towards growth and financial security through
development. The document also provides the Shareholder Committee
with details of how the Local Housing Companies will continue to
meet its objectives of increasing local, affordable housing supply
whilst remaining financially stable.

RESOLVED
that the draft strategy document was reviewed with
feedback provided on its contents. The feedback will be
incorporated into the final strategy and be presented back to the
committee in October.
