RESOLVED
that the Executive agreed to delegate authority to
the Director for Place and Growth to:
 

1)   
Commence a public consultation about a proposed
renewal of a Public
Spaces Protection Order.
 

2)   
Considered the results of the consultation, and
other supporting data.
 

3)   
Authorised delegation to enter into a new or renewed
PSPO to the Director of Place and Growth, in consultation with the
executive lead member.
