Purpose

For the Executive to consider the
recommendations presented regarding the relocation of the service
and consolidation of the service.

Content

RESOLVED
that the Executive gave approval to:
 
1. proceed with the relocation
of building-based day services at Westmead to
Matthewsgreen Community
Centre.
 
2. Following the relocation of
services to Matthewsgreen Community Centre, the Westmead property
should be put on the market for disposal.
 
3. Delegated authority be
granted to the Director of Resources & Assets and Deputy Chief
Executive, in consultation with the Leader of the council, to
approve and implement disposal of the property.
