Purpose

To update the Executive on the proposals for
the Toutley East development

Content

RESOLVED
that the Executive:
 

1)   
noted the work undertaken on the Toutley East
Development proposals since the previous Executive report in June
2023 regarding service provision, affordable housing provision,
design standards and delivery models;
 

2)   
delegated authority to the Director of Resources and
Assets, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to
determine and enact the level of affordable housing provision, up
to 43% of the total residential provision, based on the Best Value
for money opportunity for the Council;
 

3)   
noted the proposed approach and timeline for the
disposal of the site, in accordance with the previously delegated
authority to the Director of Resources and Assets, in consultation
with the Leader of the Council.
