RESOLVED
that the Shareholder Committee noted the findings
outlined in the Post-Audit Management Report for financial year end
2024/2025.
Each Company Board reviewed and
noted the findings outlined in its Post-Audit Management Report for
the financial year ended 2024/2025. Each Company Board also
approved the Post Audit Management Report and audited financial
statements for 2024/2025 at the Auditors Meeting held on 1st
September 2025.
