RESOLVED
that the Shareholder Committee agreed:
 

1)    
That the decision to proceed with seeking
redesignation of Loddon Homes as a not for profit registered
provider be delegated to the Managing Director in consultation with
the Leader of the Council and Chief Finance Officer and
 

2)    
To appointing an appropriate Advisory Service as
regulatory adviser and project manager to undertake evidence
gathering and enter discussions with the Regulator for Social
Housing (RSH) about Loddon Homes status as a Registered
Provider.
