1. Consider the objections received to the
proposed Amendment Order.
 
2. Approve the making of the necessary Traffic
Regulation Order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 and the Local Authorities Traffic Order Procedures 1996; and
instructs the Service Director for Highways & Transport to
inform those who have responded to the consultation accordingly
