Voluntary and Community partners in the borough

RESOLVED
that the Executive noted the content of the report
and;
 
1) approved the re-procurement
of the Community Wellbeing & Prevention services for a contract
period of 3 years, with an option to extend for up to 2 years. The
total annual value of £2.607m per year and
 
2) delegated authority to the
Executive Director of Adults, Children and Health to approve
contract award, in consultation with the Executive Member for
Health, Wellbeing and Adult Services.
