RESOLVED: That the Executive
Member for Housing, Partnerships and the Local Plan agrees that
Wokingham Borough Council submits the comments contained in
Enclosure 1 as the Council’s response to the Government
Consultation “Reducing the Prevalence of Private Estate
Management Arrangements” (December 2025).
