RESOLVED: That the Executive
Member for Housing, Partnerships and the Local Plan agrees that
Wokingham Borough Council submits the comments in Enclosure 1 as
the Council’s response to the MHCLG Consultation
“National Planning Policy Framework : proposed reforms and
other changes to the Planning system” (December
2025).
