Decision
That the Executive Member for Active Travel, Transport and Highways:
- Considers the objections received to the proposed Amendment Order.
- Agree to proceed with the making of the Amendment Order as advertised with
two minor changes.
- Approve the making of the necessary Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Local Authorities Traffic Order
Procedures 1996; and instructs the Assistant Director for Highways & Transport
to inform those who have responded to the consultation accordingly.
