The Executive decided to note the capital programme position at the end of Quarter 1, approve budget reprofiling, and approve the use of S106 funding for an affordable housing scheme. The Executive also approved a reduction in the Devolved Schools Grant capital budget and an additional amount for works at adult accommodation flats, subject to grant funding.
