Content

RESOLVED that the
Executive;
 

i)              
noted the extent of the Council’s property
portfolio;
 

ii)             
noted the ongoing work under the Borough Assets
Programme, considering and identifying opportunities for the
rationalisation and consolidation of the property
portfolio,
 

iii)           
noted that the outputs of the Borough Assets
Programme will be reported back to Executive in due
course,
 

iv)           
considered the recommendations from Community &
Corporate Overview & Scrutiny Committee on 28 February
2024.
