That the Director of Place and Growth, in
consultation with the Executive Member for Planning and Local Plan,
authorises any necessary minor spelling, grammatical, typographical
or factual corrections to the plan and supporting document prior to
the adopted version being made available for publication.

Reasons for the decision

At the meeting on 18 January 2024, Council
made (adopted) the Ruscombe Neighbourhood Plan, which now forms
part of the statutory Development Plan. The Neighbourhood Planning
(Referendum) Regulations 2012 require the local planning authority
to make the neighbourhood plan and Decision Statement publicly
available (as soon as possible) on the website and at local deposit
points.
Further checks of the Plan have identified a small number of
factual changes to improve clarity for the decision-maker and some
presentational changes to improve the accessibility of the document
for the reader.

Alternative options considered

None - regulations require this step to be
carried out.
