To present the strategic
direction of Housing Companies.

RESOLVED
that the Shareholder Committee agreed the
Council’s strategic housing position and accompanying
response and direction from the Housing Companies subject to a
minor amendment with relation to the response set out on page 18 of
the report, to add that the Shareholder Committee ask that it be
noted that the complementarity of the housing companies with the
HRA should be pursued as a priority consistently going
forward.
