Purpose

The Councils adopted Local Validation List
(LVL) must be reviewed and updated every 2 years, the current LVL
has been subject to both internal and external consultation and all
relevant amendments incorporated.

Member for Planning and Local Plan approve the modifications to
existing Local Validation List as set out within the
report.
