Purpose

National Highways
have requesting feedback on their draft Route Strategies documents.
Twenty ‘Route Strategy Initial Overview Reports’ have
been published by National Highways.
Alongside these reports, National Highways have also published
their Strategic Road Network (SRN) Initial Report and Connecting
the Country.
Wokingham's response to the two consultation is set out in this
report; the first was submitted on 13th July whilst the second has
a longer consultation period and will be submitted on 11
August.

Content

That the Executive Member for Active Travel, Transport and
Highways agreed the responses be submitted to the consultations
regarding the Strategic Road Network and particularly the M4, as
appended to the report.
